Children
Children are allowed in our venue, provided they are accompanied by a responsible adult.
Lost Items
Sorry to hear you’ve lost your belongings. Please fill out this form to register your lost item and we’ll do our best to reunite you with it.
Pets
We are a pet-friendly venue, provided your pet is venue-friendly. All animals are welcome, as long as they are under appropriate control and well trained.
Cash
We are a cash-free venue.
Accessibility
The Garden
The Garden is fully accessible from both 112 Murray Street and the Watchorn Street entrance. There is one accessible toilet. There is braille signage and tactile ground surface indicators throughout the venue.
Cathedral
Cathedral is fully accessible with an accessible toilet. Accessible entry is via 153 Liverpool Street.
Odeon
Assisted level-access is available via Liverpool Street. Please contact us prior to arrival at info@odeontheatre.com.au. There is one accessible toilet.
Altar
Altar is fully accessible with an accessible toilet. Accessible entry is via the chevron laneway on 112 Murray Street. There is braille signage and tactile ground surface indicators throughout the venue.
High Altar
High Altar is not accessible by wheelchair at this time.
Seating
In The Hanging Garden precinct has a mixture of standing and seated spaces. If you require assistance with additional seating, chairs can be arranged for you and your group.
