Allan Pillai is closing out the Cathedral on Friday night with the launch of his long-anticipated vinyl EP 'THA24', released on Netherlands based label ‘Tar Hallow’. An emerging artist based amongst the thralling underground electronic music scene in Australia, his artistic vision is characterised by a relentless pursuit of sonic experimentation. Allan's music seeks to transport listeners to states of hypnosis and cathartic movement.


SPICE & GŸPS are the founders & residents of Tasmania's leading techno movement SPICYMUSIC, which has been running parties & raves since 2015, featuring international & local DJs and Producers. In the Hanging Garden they'll kick off the middle set warming things up with some atmospheric, groovy, and rhymthic house which will transition to darker, edgier, and more rolling techno as the night progresses.


Opening the night is a key member of the SPICYMUSIC crew and one of the founders of AURA events in Launceston, Liam Wood. Always providing fresh selections, he is dedicated to create sets that take the listener on a captivating journey. Constantly being inspired by new experiences, artists, and the state he calls home, you can expect big things from Liam Wood in the years to come.
