No Scope

No Scope, a virgining Hardcore project hailing from Hobart, TAS, looks to push Tasmanian music harder than anyone else.
Formed in late 2024, and composed of guitarist Taj Upston, bassist Louis Wagner, drummer Cam Walker, and vocalist Henry Langman. No Scope set out with the view to help elevate the Hobart Hardcore music scene and fill a void they wanted to hear.

Demonstrating an image that aims to be deceiving, the 4-piece seeks to push their own flavour of tongue-in-cheek Hardcore music—showcasing a brutally heavy exterior— juxtaposed by lyrics about self improvement.

So far in 2025, the band has released a two track demo alongside a debut EP, recorded at Red Shed Recordings, and 2 Gen studios respectively.
With supporting slots lined up, and an insatiable hunger to do better, No Scope is gearing up to make waves in 2025, for not only their own benefit, but for all the people at their side.

Funeral Jeans
Fuck, this band Funeral Jeans, only gives doomy cow-punk.
Ever been best dressed and sad at a funeral?
Perchance, Funeral Jeans might be the band for you.
Rock and roll music for freaks and geeks, they’re trying their best, and it’s going better than they expected.

Stormy Petrol
Stormy Petrol is a young Grunge/Alt Rock band from Southern Tasmania. Inspired by the likes of Alice in Chains, Queens Of The Stone Age, Silverchair and Soundgarden— their sound sits where metal meets grunge, with elements of alternative and indie.

Bringing originals that embrace their musical range from a clean, shiny chorused guitar with delicate vocals, to crashout drums and face melting guitar solos. Incorporating their favourite songs into their sets, doing them absolute true justice, all the while adding a uniquely Stormy Petrol twist.

Woolf Wattern
Woolf Wattern is a young, developing musician artist from Nipaluna, Hobart, pouring himself into various mediums of expression including art, dance and music. His musical style is an amalgamation of introspective and isolated processes, often incorporating elements of experimental rock, folk and electronic sources. He conveys through poetic and vivid storytelling; exploring themes and dreams of self-discovery, and human complexities beyond speech.
